- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

- Online examinations must be completed individually without unauthorized assistance
- Anti-cheating measures (browser monitoring, time limits) are in place for online tests
- Violations may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or expulsion
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Tuition and Fees
- Tuition fees and payment schedules are set by the school administration
- Fees must be paid by the due date to avoid late charges
- Payment can be made through online portals or offline methods
- Refund policies are subject to school regulations and applicable laws
5.2 Payment Methods

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Termination

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Learning City, India.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Happy Child School
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to any successor
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
